Chapter 5
Cleanse
As you have discovered so many pleasures at this moment, you will now know cleansing to be a part of your journey.
You cannot move forward without experiencing good old cleanses through your entire bodyâyour mind, body, and soul.
Know in your own heart when it is right to start your cleanse. You must first know itâs for yourself, not the egos or opinions of others, also trying to understand what to cleanse.
These times will be hard; sometimes not all cleanses are enticing. I find that every cleanse has some sort of pain; we must accept the pain to appreciate the gain.
If you havenât poured your heart out in years, your cleansing period may even take years; in saying that, your strength will determine your fate.
I believe cleansing is completely natural; it is okay to rid the toxins from your body and to clear away the toxins that surround you.
Consider the lifestyle you live. Is it benefiting you? If so, how?
The most common areas of cleansing are friendships, relationships, negative beliefs, fear, and the past.
As we slowly rid ourselves of what no longer fits in our worlds, we slowly become content to allow the new in, at its own pace.
You may find it hard to say goodbye to some relationships, and others you may find a true blessing. Whatever the case, they all hold a place in your book of life.
Each and every failure is a lesson about what is new. We are always allowed to be better than we were before.
Accept more, and then you shall receive.

I find cleansing incredibly overwhelming; at times, it has made me feel off my track, like I wasnât supposed to be there. Other times, I have been fearless, with only a pure heart controlling my soul.

If you feel this way, you are not alone; you are supposed to go through all types of emotions as you discover your heart. It has many messages about yourself that you will start to understand. You will see yourself in a new light; you will appreciate all that you didnât before. The more you cleanse, the more you open all your chakras and live through your soul. Ego is now starting to fade.
Slowly, emotion may try and override you. Do not give in. Time does heal wounds; we must trust in this.
It takes time (as everything in this world does) and courage to cleanse your life. Itâs the rainy weather that will get you to the sunny days; it is all worth it.
Every tear is worth it. Every sad day seems so far in the past that you begin to rise again. You have felt sadness, so youâre ready to enjoy happiness; you have endured hardship, so you finally start to allow belief into your life.
Be ready. Get ready. Go.
